What we collect

upgrade-gpu.com does not collect, store, or sell personal data. We do not require an account, email address, or any personal information to use the tool.

Your GPU selection is passed as a URL query parameter (e.g., ?gpu=RTX+3080) and is never stored on our servers.

Cookies and local storage

We store one item in your browser's localStorage: your chosen colour theme (dark/light). This never leaves your device and is not shared with anyone.

We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or advertising cookies.

Amazon affiliate links

This site participates in the Amazon Associates programme. When you click a product link and make a purchase on Amazon, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

Amazon may set their own cookies when you follow an affiliate link. Their privacy policy applies from that point: amazon.com/privacy.

Third-party services

We load fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com). Google's servers will receive your IP address and browser information when fonts are loaded. See Google's privacy policy.

We use Google Analytics 4 (analytics.google.com) to understand how visitors use this site. It collects anonymised usage data (pages viewed, session duration, country). No personally identifiable information is collected. Google's privacy policy applies: policies.google.com/privacy. You can opt out via the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Server logs

Our web server records standard access logs (IP address, timestamp, URL, browser). These logs are retained for up to 30 days for security and debugging purposes and are not shared.
